ABOUT NEIGHBOR OF THE YEAR

Thanks to the generous support of neighbors like you, Supportive Housing Communities (SHC) has been helping to stably house individuals and families in Charlotte for nearly 30 years. Founded in 1993, SHC provides desperately needed permanent housing and supportive services to men, women, and families who find themselves homeless.

In celebration of our 30th anniversary, we are introducing a new event, Neighbor of the Year, Presented By Ally. This event will recognize neighbors who are making great strides and impact in our community.

Neighbor of The Year, Presented By Ally welcomes business leaders, government officials, philanthropists, and individuals throughout Mecklenburg County and surrounding areas. We hope that you will consider supporting what is sure to be an inspiring campaign. We are counting on YOU to show your creativity, ingenuity, and resolve to help your neighbors in Charlotte.
